So much has been written about the Hero's journey, that the nature of the quest itself has so often been overlooked. From the perpective of the Mythic Way, the quest is part of the three aspects of quest, mission and burden. Quest is about seeking something. Sometimes the object of the quest is known beforehand, other times it is a complete mystery to all. The following is an exploration of particular aspects of the quest.
